Annual Meeting
ANNUAL MEETING
TUESDAY, MARCH 5, 2024 @ 6:45PM
Peter’s Elementary - Media Center
Agenda for CAHOA Annual Meeting:
• Introductions
• Program – 1) Representatives from the City of Broken Arrow will discuss the “revised” No Solicitation ordinance and how it affects CAHOA residents. This is particularly important for CAHOA because we are a voluntary HOA, not mandatory, nor otherwise required by Deed Covenants. They will also present neighborhood crime statistics and where we can see tips on how to best protect ourselves.
2) Karen Gilbert with Tulsa Crime Stoppers will present the Alert Neighbors Program to engage neighborhoods in communication and collaboration to prevent crime and improve security in their homes and neighborhood. If there is interest, training will be scheduled at a later date.
3) Ross Ford, our Oklahoma State Representative, will discuss State issues and laws that affect us, and will answer questions from our audience. Want to get to know your State Representative? Here’s your opportunity!
• CAHOA Calendar of Events
• Business Meeting - Election of new Board
Members and Officers, Discuss potential amendment
to By-Laws.
The meeting will be held in person. If any CAHOA resident/homeowner has questions, please email the questions in advance to: [email protected], or use the Facebook Live link. We will monitor those during the program and attempt to present the questions and answers live online. Please clearly identify yourself as a resident of our neighborhood. Written questions are much easier to present and understand.
